Relay stores account information such as your name, email address, profile details, authentication data, and settings. We also store project information, including gallery titles, client names, client emails, access settings, prices, links, and activity related to your galleries.

When you upload media, Relay stores uploaded files, previews, metadata needed to deliver those files, and related delivery records. If you contact us for help, we may store support communications and any information you choose to share with us.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Relay may store payment status, payment amounts, Stripe identifiers, and transaction metadata so galleries can unlock and creators can track revenue. Relay does not store full card numbers.

Relay may collect analytics and usage information, such as page views, device and browser details, feature usage, errors, and performance events. We use this information to improve reliability, product quality, onboarding, and customer support.

We use information to provide Relay, operate secure client galleries, process unlocks, send product and service communications, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Relay does not sell user data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Relay, such as hosting, storage, analytics, email, customer support, and payment processing providers.
