Upload a folder, send one link, and your client pays before the originals unlock. Branded galleries, built-in checkout, and automatic payouts to your bank.
The pieces clients see, and the panel where you run the business behind them.
Files in one place, invoices in another, your brand nowhere. Here is what most creators put up with — and what Relay replaces.
Files live in one tool, the bill lives in another, and the client has to juggle both to pay you.
You hand over the files first, then send the third “just checking in” email hoping they pay.
A generic Google Drive folder is the last thing your client sees. No cover, no brand, no story.
They download the watermarked proof, or a compressed JPEG instead of the original you delivered.
Every step from final export to deposited payment, handled in one place.
Hi-res files stay locked behind your price. Checkout unlocks the full set the second payment clears — automatically, no DM required.
Editorial layouts, custom covers, and your branding from the first screen to the receipt. Clients open it on their phone and forward it on.
Set a delivery window. Galleries auto-archive when it closes — originals stay safe, your active storage stays lean.
Originals served from the closest edge to your client. Resumable on flaky hotel Wi-Fi, with mobile previews that don't choke on RAWs.
From export folder to deposited funds in three steps — no chasing invoices.
Drag a folder. Relay handles transcoding, color-managed previews, and originals in parallel.
One link works on every device. Optional password, expiry, and branding — already on by default.
Client pays. Downloads unlock the same second. Payouts land in your bank on a schedule you set.
File-sharing tools move bytes. Relay delivers the work, collects the payment, and makes you look good doing it.

14-day trial. No card. Bring your existing Stripe account or use ours.
You set a price when you publish a gallery. The client sees full-resolution previews behind a watermark and a lock icon. They tap Pay & unlock, complete checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card), and the moment payment clears, the gallery flips to unlocked — originals download in seconds.
Payouts land in your bank on whatever schedule Stripe Connect supports for your region (usually daily or 2-day rolling). Bring your own Stripe account or use ours.
No accounts, ever. Clients open the gallery link, browse on any device, and pay through a single checkout screen. They get a receipt email with the download links — they can come back to that email anytime within the gallery's window to re-download.
Individual files up to 5 GB on Pro and 20 GB on Studio (good for 8K video and ProRes). Galleries can hold thousands of files — we've delivered 2,800-file events without complaint.
Formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, RAW (CR2/CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), TIFF, PSD, PDF, MP4, MOV, ProRes. Previews are color-managed; originals are byte-for-byte what you uploaded.
You set an expiration window per gallery — 14 days, 90 days, a year, or no expiration. After the window closes the gallery is sealed: clients can no longer view or download, but nothing is deleted.
On Pro and Studio, sealed galleries move to cold archive storage automatically. You can re-open one any time and the originals are still there — handy when a client asks for that one photo six months later.
Galleries are served over signed, expiring URLs from our edge — direct hot-linking won't work. Optional gallery passwords, IP-based geofencing, and SSO are available on Studio.
Payments run on Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1, SOC 2 Type II). We never see your card data. Relay itself is SOC 2 Type II as of November 2025; full report on request under NDA.
Yes. Point a subdomain at us (deliver.yourstudio.com) and we'll provision the cert. Galleries pick up your logo, accent color, typography, and a custom cover. Studio plan adds a fully white-labeled checkout (Powered-by-Relay removed) and a branded client portal.
You're in control — refunds are issued from your dashboard with a single click. The gallery automatically locks again the moment the refund processes, so they can't keep the files. Refunds run through Stripe; processing fees are returned in regions where Stripe supports it.
Deliver it through Relay this week — branded, paid, and done.
