Terms of Service

Relay is a software service for creating client galleries, managing delivery, and collecting payments before downloads unlock. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all content you upload, including photos, videos, files, project details, client information, and messages. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, sell access to, and deliver that content through Relay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may apply its own terms, fees, verification requirements, and processing rules. Relay is not responsible for delays, holds, chargebacks, failed payments, or payout issues controlled by Stripe or financial institutions.

Relay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to bypass payment or security controls, or create risk for Relay, customers, clients, or service providers.

Relay works to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith.
